INGREDIENTS
- Large handful broccoli, cut into florets
- Large handful radishes, thinly sliced
- Bunch of celery, cut into 3-4 inch pieces
- Bunch of carrots, cut into 3-4 inch pieces
- Bag of mini bell peppers, thinly sliced
- 2 cups of Mayo
- 2 cups of Greek yogurt
- 3 tablespoons of dried dill
- Salt (to taste)
- Pepper (to taste)
- 1 tablespoon of fresh chopped dill for garnish
Dill Dip:
INSTRUCTIONS
- Arrange ingredients nicely on a large wooden board.
- Dip: add all ingredients in a bowl and chill for 2-3 hours. Garnish with fresh dill.
- Serve with veggies or pita chips.
