INGREDIENTS

  • Large handful broccoli, cut into florets
  • Large handful radishes, thinly sliced
  • Bunch of celery, cut into 3-4 inch pieces
  • Bunch of carrots, cut into 3-4 inch pieces
  • Bag of mini bell peppers, thinly sliced
  • Dill Dip:

  • 2 cups of Mayo
  • 2 cups of Greek yogurt
  • 3 tablespoons of dried dill
  • Salt (to taste)
  • Pepper (to taste)
  • 1 tablespoon of fresh chopped dill for garnish

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Arrange ingredients nicely on a large wooden board.
  2. Dip: add all ingredients in a bowl and chill for 2-3 hours. Garnish with fresh dill.
  3. Serve with veggies or pita chips.
